| Feredini the traditional name given on the island for the small knife that was and is still use by a few who have small plots of land and grow wine to prune and harvest the local santorini grape has decided to change their menu and bring forward the local greek cuisine with a touch of Mediterranean combinations that incorporates local produces from the land and villages of Santorini. As i didn't take my camera with me today trust my choice from their menu for this evening Starter: Fava eggplant with a drizzle of orange fused with some herbs Main course: Risotto with wild asparagus Veal with fresh tomato sauce and pure ad eggplants Desserts: Yoghurt with grated fresh lemon  |
